We Suffer to Get Well — Enduring the pain of the process of healing is necessary. Suffering motivates us to seek behavior change in recovery.
We Die to Live — Letting go of the old, unhealthy lifestyle is critical for new life. Transformation. We die to our old self, so our new life will emerge.
Let go—then grab hold of faith.
